Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jacobson Solutions Subject Matter Experts – Chicago
We seek a polished individual to join Jacobson Solutions - Subject Matter Experts as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Chicago office. This individual will primarily be responsible for managing the recruitment process to achieve quarterly objectives and metrics and sourcing consultant-level talent through the use of all available methods, including internal databases, networking, and intranet/internet resources. We seek an individual with a minimum of five years of experience in recruiting (some executive and/or niche recruiting experience preferred), experience managing a recruiting process and a bachelor’s degree.
Senior Vice President, Jacobson Executive Search – Chicago
We seek a polished executive to join our organization as a Senior Vice President in our Chicago office. The Senior Vice President of Jacobson Executive Search will maintain responsibility for the management, growth, strategic direction and overall success of the Jacobson Executive Search business unit. Additionally, this post will play a leadership role for enterprise-wide initiatives through participation in the Executive Management Team. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of ten years of accomplished business experience, demonstrated sales management experience in a respected business services organization, proven experience in developing a team, insurance knowledge and a master’s degree.
