We do not rely solely on resumes that are sent to us. Instead, our consultants employ a proactive recruiting approach to identify both active candidates and passive job seekers whose qualifications meet the position specifications.

Comprehensive Candidate Screening
As our clients’ recruiting partner, we consider it our responsibility to streamline the review process. Each candidate is thoroughly evaluated prior to being presented to the client. We first screen candidates through a detailed review of their written credentials. Probable candidates are then assessed through an extensive telephone interview to further evaluate the candidate/position match.

Candidate Presentation
Only the most qualified and motivated insurance professionals are presented to our clients. We present written credentials and a profile containing information collected during the candidate evaluation.

Acquisition Process Facilitation
We provide constant feedback regarding candidate concerns and issues, facilitate phone and onsite interview logistics and offer invaluable insight on market conditions. Our consultants facilitate and participate in the final review and selection processes to the extent that is mutually deemed appropriate, including assistance negotiating the final compensation package.
