Senior Vice President of Jacobson Solutions – Local Talent
Susan Henry is Senior Vice President of Jacobson Solutions – Local Talent, The Jacobson Group’s temporary and temporary-to-hire services division. Henry’s day-to-day activities include leading the Jacobson Solutions local markets sales force and implementing the organization’s expansion plans in these geographic areas. She also plays a key role in the continued development and market visibility of the firm as a member of The Jacobson Group’s Executive Management Team.
Henry brings a solid foundation of marketing and industry knowledge to her role with The Jacobson Group. Her multifaceted strategic and development expertise is drawn from her various leadership roles at Jefferson Pilot Financial and most recently from her Director of Strategic Services and Operations position at Benefitdecisions, a benefits consulting firm in Chicago. Additionally, Henry’s solid insurance foundation is built upon her experience underwriting group disability insurance at Guarantee Life and Jefferson Pilot Financial and selling group insurance.
Henry is highly involved in several insurance and staffing industry associations at the local, regional and national levels. She currently serves as the President of the Illinois Staffing Association (ISA). Additionally, she lectures and participates in organizations including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters Association (CPCU), National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW), Property Liability Research Bureau/Liability Insurance Research Bureau (PLRB/LIRB), Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and various local claims associations. Henry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
