Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Jacobson Executive Search
Michael J. Loiacano is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Jacobson Executive Search and a member of The Jacobson Group’s Executive Management Team. Loiacano specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives for the insurance, healthcare and financial services industries. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s executive search practice.
Previously, Loiacano served as Senior Vice President of Jacobson Solutions – Subject Matter Experts, providing insurance, healthcare and financial services companies with access to functional expertise and executive-level talent for special projects and consulting needs.
Loiacano brings a solid foundation of executive recruiting and operations to his role with Jacobson Executive Search. Loiacano began his search career at a top-five retained executive search firm, executing senior-level and board-level searches for a variety of clients from start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies. Eventually becoming a Senior Vice President, Loiacano was charged with the organization’s strategic growth and operations. Loiacano’s multifaceted expertise is also drawn from his tenure in corporate recruiting at a large publicly-traded outsourcing company.
Loiacano earned his MBA with concentrations in human resources and management from Loyola University in Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass. Loiacano volunteers his time as a youth hockey coach and stays active in the insurance, healthcare and financial services industries by participating in several association and trade show events throughout the year.
