Jacobson Promotes Sandy Schaefer to Vice President

CHICAGOThe Jacobson Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Sandy Schaefer from Assistant Vice President and Project Operations Director to Vice President and Project Operations Director.

Based out of Jacobson's national headquarters in Chicago, Schaefer manages the recruiting and project management functions of Jacobson’s project solutions and subject matter experts teams, which provide highly-skilled insurance professionals and senior-level talent to address short-term and critical project needs. 

“Sandy has always been a consummate professional and committed to the organization,” said Richard L. Jacobson, co-chief executive officer at Jacobson. “Her growth in oversight and responsibility has been tremendous and she is a true leader.”

Schaefer started working at Jacobson in 2004 as Project Operations Manager. She quickly proved to be a strong leader and has been promoted several times throughout her tenure. Prior to joining Jacobson, Sandy built up a strong background in recruiting and sales. She most recently served as Implementation Manager at Seaton Corp. Sandy attended Columbia College in Chicago.
