Jacobson Names Lisa Rothman Engagement Director

CHICAGO – The Jacobson Group, the leading global provider of insurance talent, names Lisa Rothman engagement director.  

 

As part of Jacobson’s executive search practice, Rothman will consult with insurance organizations from all sectors of the industry on C-level, vice president and other executive-level searches. She will specifically focus on clients in the New York metro area, partnering with them to procure high-caliber talent for their leadership roles. 

 

Bringing nearly 15 years of recruiting experience to her role, Rothman has completed searches in the areas of insurance, finance, administration, sales and marketing. Prior roles she has held include Corporate Vice President of Talent Acquisition with New York Life and Head of Recruitment at Willis North America. Rothman is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). She received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md.
