Jacobson Promotes Gaelle Pritchard to Vice President

Pritchard began as an engagement director with Jacobson, then ejsSearch, in 2005. As vice president and engagement director, she will continue to handle executive and non-executive searches for Jacobson. Located in the firm’s UK office, Pritchard will focus on consulting with clients from all sectors of the re/insurance industry throughout the London, UK and broader European markets.

Pritchard brings with her an extensive background working in international markets. Prior to joining Jacobson, she served as international human resources director with Aegon Direct Marketing Services, first in their London office and later in Texas, where she lead all executive-level recruitment for their international business. Additionally, Pritchard served in a number of human resources and administration roles while employed at the Singapore regional office of AXA and was responsible for leading efforts in recruitment, international mobility and regional business integration. Pritchard earned a master’s of business law from the University of Grenoble, France. She is fluent in French and English.
