CHICAGO – The 2019 third-quarter iteration of the Semi-Annual U.S. Insurance Labor Outlook Study, conducted by The Jacobson Group and Aon, is now open and closes August 4, 2019. In its 11th year, the study provides valuable insights on insurance labor trends; and insurers have come to view the survey as an accurate predictor of the industry’s staffing outlook.
“With virtually nonexistent unemployment, the insurance industry is continuing to face a candidate-driven market,” says Gregory P. Jacobson, co-chief executive officer of Jacobson. “To compensate for the shallow talent pool and stay competitive, insurers are tasked with rethinking their current staffing and recruiting strategies. The survey results provide an accurate picture of the market that can influence adjustments to talent plans.”
Carriers across all sectors of the insurance industry are invited to complete the survey. Participation is confidential, and detailed results will be distributed to all participants at no cost. To complete the survey, follow this link: https://jcbsn.gr/2019Q3LaborStudyMCD.
The survey results and analysis will be discussed in a complimentary webinar on August 16, 2019. All members of the insurance community are welcome to attend. To register for the webinar, follow this link: https://jcbsn.gr/2019Q3LaborStudyWebinar.
