Pre-Employment Screening

Upon receiving a contingent offer of employment from The Jacobson Group, all candidates are required to complete certain pre-employment screenings. These include a background check, verification of your work authorization through the I-9 process, and E-Verify. Depending on the role, you may also be required to complete a drug test. Additional screenings may be required based on the position, client needs, or job-related requirements. These may include professional licensing verification, credit checks, proof of vaccinations, or other role-specific verifications. You will receive separate instructions by email with details on how to complete these steps, including any forms or online access you may need. Onboarding Documents

Jacobson has an easy-to-use portal to electronically distribute, sign and store the documents you will need to begin your contract assignment. A login to complete the electronic paperwork will be sent to the email we have on file for you from Estaff365, which is our onboarding platform. Travel Requests

This portal is used if you are assigned to a travel project. Here, you’ll complete your Traveler Profile and submit your travel requests, which must be done prior to your trip. For access, use your email address and reset passwords using the reset password link. For questions, you may contact Jacobson’s Travel Department at (800) 466-1578.


Timecards

Access and submit your timecard. A unique login to complete timecards will be sent to the email we have on file for you before your contract assignment begins. Please direct questions to your Jacobson Recruiter at (800) 466-1578.


Payroll and Benefits

Our Payroll and Benefits Portal, powered by iSolved, gives you easy access to everything you need to manage your pay and benefits in one convenient place. Through the portal, you can do the following:

  • Enroll in your benefit plans as a new hire or during the annual open enrollment period
  • Review detailed benefit plan information
  • View your paystubs anytime
  • Access your annual W-2 forms
