Jessica “Jess” Pollock is Engagement Manager for The Jacobson Group’s executive search practice, where she strategically engages and assesses C-level, Vice President and other executive-level candidates for clients from all sectors of the insurance industry. In this role, Jess serves as a client liaison, ensuring an effective search process and delivery date success while simultaneously working as a full-time recruiter. Her responsibilities include managing client and candidate relationships, and playing an active role in research and recruiting processes.
Since joining Jacobson in 2015, Jess has advanced through multiple roles including Senior Researcher, Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, and Supervisor of Research and Recruiting, before being promoted to her current position. Prior to Jacobson, Jess served as a Market Researcher for Halverson Group, Inc., conducting qualitative research for national and global brands.
Jess received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology and Master of Arts in Anthropology from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. She is a certified Associate in Insurance®, a Certified Internet Recruiter, and has earned the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
