Lavezz Middleton is a Managing Director for The Jacobson Group’s executive search team, strategically managing C-level, Vice President and other executive-level searches for clients from all sectors of the insurance industry.
Lavezz brings more than two decades of operational leadership experience to his role, including eleven years overseeing multinational insurance operations. Most recently, he served as Engagement Director for Jacobson's executive search team before being quickly promoted to his current role. He has managed more than $600M in premium transactions annually and led large-scale initiatives across 150+ countries, achieving operational efficiencies that resulted in 50% cost reductions. Lavezz’ extensive background in both leadership and insurance translate to exceptional understanding of his clients’ needs.
Lavezz serves as President and Executive Board Member of the National African American Insurance Association Chicago Chapter. Additionally, as the Founder of Accord Resource Group, Lavezz leverages generative and agentic AI and automation to help organizations optimize workflows and drive innovation.
