Marcia Bray is Vice President of Staffing Fulfillment for The Jacobson Group, the nation’s leading provider of talent to the insurance industry. In this role, she leads talent delivery across the professional recruiting and temporary staffing teams, aligning resources and processes to support speed, quality of hire and successful placement outcomes. Her focus on collaboration, innovation and execution enhances the candidate experience and strengthens client satisfaction. Serving as a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, Marcia also plays a key role in helping guide the firm’s growth and continued evolution.
With more than 15 years of experience in staffing, Marcia brings broad expertise across recruiting, talent operations and strategic client partnerships. Her proven leadership approach is grounded in collaboration, mentorship and continuous improvement. Marcia joined Jacobson in 2023 as Director of Recruiting for Jacobson’s temporary staffing team and quickly advanced to her current role. Before joining Jacobson, she was Senior Practice Director at Randstad, where successfully led teams focused on talent acquisition, fulfillment efficiency and client success, building a reputation for her ability to blend strategic insight with practical execution to drive measurable results.
Marcia volunteers monthly to cook for and feed more than 120 homeless members of her community. Marcia received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from Baker College in Owosso, Mich.
