Michelle Velto serves as Vice President of Executive Search Fulfillment at The Jacobson Group, the leading insurance executive search and staffing firm. In this role, she leads a cross-functional fulfillment team, including recruiters, researchers and administrative staff, ensuring the timely and successful execution of executive search engagements. She drives operational excellence by implementing standardized processes, key performance indicators, and continuous optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency, candidate experience and client satisfaction. Michelle also serves on the Senior Leadership Team, helping guide the firm’s growth and development.
Michelle brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in executive search operations and team management to her role. She joined Jacobson in 2006, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility in operations, administration and process management. Her experience spans strategic planning, team development, client reporting and executive support, reflecting a deep expertise in both operational leadership and service delivery.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
